What we collect
We collect the details you choose to submit through this website, such as your name, work email, company, team size, training interest, and message. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Why we use it
Career Masters uses submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange or discuss training, provide requested resources, maintain service records, and improve the website and training experience.
We only collect information that is relevant to these purposes. Where consent is required, it is requested at or before the time information is collected.
Email updates
Career Masters only sends optional AI training updates to people who choose that option. Every commercial email will identify Career Masters and include a working unsubscribe option. You can withdraw consent at any time.
CRM and service providers
Website form submissions are sent directly to Career Masters’ customer relationship management (CRM) provider so the team can respond and manage training enquiries. Career Masters may use service providers that process information on its behalf and requires them to protect it appropriately.
Career Masters will list its final CRM provider and any cross-border processing details here before launch.
Retention, safeguards, and access
Career Masters keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect it.
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, subject to applicable law. Use the contact page to make a request.
Canadian privacy rights
Career Masters intends to handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including PIPEDA where it applies and relevant provincial privacy laws. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
If you have an unresolved privacy concern, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial privacy regulator.
Updates
Career Masters may update this policy when its practices, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and updated date will be posted on this page.
